YEAR OF GIVING 2023 at Charym Yoga Studio
(Flow and Glow is designed to get the body, heart, and mind all flowing…a DELICIOUS yoga flow with time to rest and digest the practice in restorative pose…AND hands on love, if desired, ending and settling in a mini sound bath. All classes listed were available by donation:)
